Raul has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, syndicated and corporate capital markets, structured credit, private equity, and commercial real estate lending. He has held senior leadership roles with leading financial institutions such as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Bank United. Most recently, Raul was the Head of Institutional Specialties at Bank United leading efforts REITs, funds, secondary corporate bond trades, syndications, and structured credit, including tax credit equity originations. He graduated from Florida International University with a BS in International Business and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
