Patricia Menéndez Cambó serves as a member board of director for City National Bank of Florida.
Having held positions as Managing Partner and Deputy General Counsel of SoftBank Group International, Board Member and General Counsel of the SB Opportunity Fund and SBLA Advisors Corp., a registered investment advisor. She was also a member of the investment committee of the SoftBank Latin America Fund. Patricia will apply her wide and diverse range of skills to help guide CNB's strategy.
Prior to joining SoftBank, Patricia was the Vice Chairman and member of the Executive Committee of Greenberg Traurig. During her tenure at Greenberg Traurig, she held numerous positions, including Chair of the Global Corporate Practice. Patricia previously served as Subdirector General of Telefonica S.A. She was a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel to several of Telefonica’s direct global new technology subsidiaries.
Patricia is a member of several boards including, the Advisory Board of the Woodrow Wilson Center/Latin American Program, the Americas Society/Council of the Americas where she was a Cofounder of the COA Women’s Hemisphere Network, the Board of Advisors for the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a member of The Board of Trustees for The University of Miami. Patricia is a Young Global Leader Alumnus of the World Economic Forum.
Patricia has extensive experience working with organizations to drive company growth, develop and transform company structure, and address complex corporate and legal matters. Her expertise has been applied across a variety of industries, including banking and fintech, technology, telecommunications and media, transportation and infrastructure, energy, agribusiness, hospitality, aviation, retail and food and beverage food and beverage sectors.
