In his role as Vice President, Matt supports the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions for institutional financial sponsors. Matt comes over from Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking division, where he spent the past decade covering Financial Institutions across the Americas. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in the short-term credit and trade finance spaces, supporting a diverse client base and executing on a wide range of financing solutions.

Most recently, Matt was a member of the LATAM Loan Syndications team, delivering tailored medium-term debt solutions to Financial Institutions across the region. Areas of focus included syndicated and club-loan deals, as well as securitization private placements. Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management and Spanish from Dickinson College, and holds an MBA from Florida International University.
