Mariano Perez brings over 12 years of expertise of real estate capital advisory specializing in debt, structured finance and equity closing over $1 billion in total transactions volume over his career. Mariano has experience with various asset types which include apartments, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, residential condominiums, and land. Prior to joining City National Bank, Mariano was part of various real estate capital advisory firms including Newmark, Transwestern, Grandbridge Capital, Avison Young, and Santander Private Bank. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from University of Florida.
