Kurt Woolley
Kurt Woolley
Director of Syndications and Placement, SVP

Kurt has more than 18 years of experience in commercial and investment banking. Prior to joining BciCapital in 2024, Kurt worked in loan syndications at Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and Regions Bank. He has contributed to transactions including M&A advisory, relationship management, and debt capital markets. He has provided leadership for more than $15 billion in real estate loan syndications across a wide variety of asset types, structures and geographies throughout his career. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
