As a Vice President at BciCapital, Josh assists in originating, structuring, and executing transactions for institutional financial sponsors. Before joining BciCapital, Josh started his career in Morgan Stanley's Leveraged Finance group in London. During this time, he advised and executed on a broad spectrum of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, and other debt capital raises. Following his time in London, Josh was an associate in J.P. Morgan's Leveraged Finance group in New York and an associate within Netflix's content strategy team in Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
