As a Senior Vice President at BciCapital, Jorge specializes in originating, structuring, and executing transactions for institutional financial sponsors. Before joining BciCapital, Jorge spent eight years at Citigroup Global Markets in the Investment Banking Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on coverage of private equity and alternative asset managers. During this time, he advised and executed on a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings (IPOs), and private placements. Prior to Citigroup, Jorge led strategic initiatives at Deutsche Bank across the US, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Cornell University, specializing in Finance and Investment Banking, and was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow.
